At Chic MD we take your privacy seriously and we ensure that your personal information is kept safe and at no point will we share it with a third party.
When Does My Credit Card Get Charged?Chic MD authorizes and charges your credit card at the time the order is submitted.
Where Do You Ship?
Chic MD ships to all addresses in the continental United States. There may be additional shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
I Entered The Wrong Shipping Information. How Do I Fix That?

When Will My Order Arrive?
The shipping time frame begins after your order has shipped and left our warehouse. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day.
How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive an email with your order tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please continue to check the tracking link for updates on your shipment. You can also find the tracking number by logging into your MyChicMD account in your past order history.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns received within 30 days of original purchase on all items unless otherwise noted in the product details page. Items must be more than 50% full and in their original product packaging to receive a refund for your purchase. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.
Why Isn't My Promo Code Working?
Promo codes have specific terms and an expiration date. In addition, there are brand exclusions that do not participate in Chic MD promotional offers and prohibit any discounts in the form of promo codes applied to their products.
